We offer an initial 30 minutes consultation. This is to assess whether we can assist you and how. Sometimes, we simply point our clients in the right direction. Our initial consultations usually take place via telephone or Skype.

After your initial consultation, we will offer you a personalised service to fit in with your needs and schedule.

Throughout your case, much of our communication with you will be handled via email and telephone unless there is a requirement to meet.

We adopt a relaxed and down-to-earth approach with our clients as we want to ensure you have the least amount of stress and worry.
